With 20 years of coaching experience and as the Director of On Point Tennis, Mat brings a wealth of knowledge. He's coached players on the ATP and ITF circuit and his positive energy and discipline fosters player improvement. His personal journey includes ATP rankings in both singles and doubles, Junior Wimbledon, representing Great Britain across junior age groups, and training at Spain's prestigious Sanchez Casal Tennis Academy with Andy Murray.

Ash, with 25 years of coaching experience and as a Director of On Point Tennis, exudes boundless energy and passion for the game. He has coached a wide range of players, from beginners to national-level athletes, and has spearheaded the Culford Tennis School programme for 15 years. As an LTA registered referee, he's overseen more than 250 events, including G4 to G6 match play tournaments. Ash will be central to our tournament programme.
