Group Coaching
During CLINICS and CAMPS Children are not permitted to leave the court without permission from the coach.
Parental permission for children to be released early from a session must be given in writing. If written permission is not received and contact cannot be made with a parent/guardian, we will supervise the child until they are picked up.
Player & Spectator Conduct
We provide a safe and inclusive environment for everyone. If you have any concerns during your visit, please bring this to a staff member’s attention immediately.
People not playing sports should respect players by minimising any noise they are making and must not distract the players.
Photography or filming for commercial purposes is not permitted at any time during our sessions from a parent or spectator.

During our events, there is zero tolerance towards player and official abuse. You will be asked to leave the premises with immediate effect.
As parents you are expected to:
Positively reinforce your child and show an interest in their chosen activity.
Do not place your child under pressure or push them into activities they do not want to do.
Deliver and collect your child punctually before and after sessions/matches/the event.
Ensure your child has clothing and kit appropriate to the weather conditions.
Ensure that proper sportswear and protective equipment are worn. Any child not in possession of the fundamental requirements will not be permitted to participate.
Any changes in the state of the child's health should be reported to On Point Tennis staff members prior to the activity.
To inform the organiser prior to the activity starting if your child is to be collected early.
Encourage your child to play by the rules, and teach them that they can only do their best.
Ensure that your child understands their code of conduct.
Behave responsibly on the side-line, Show appreciation and support the event staff.
Ensure your child is punctual.
Be realistic and supportive.
Ensure your child has appropriate showering equipment, plus adequate food and drink.
Accept the official’s judgement and do not enter the field of play.
Promote your child’s participation in playing sport for fun.
As a parents/carer you have the right to:
Be assured that your child is safeguarded during their participation in sport.
Be informed of problems or concerns relating to your children.
Be informed if your child is injured.
Have any concerns about any aspect of your child’s welfare listened to and responded to.
Any breaches of this code of conduct will be dealt with immediately by an On Point Tennis member of staff.
Persistent concerns or breaches may result in you being asked not to attend games if your attendance is considered detrimental to the welfare of young participants.
The ultimate action should a parent/guardian continue to breach the code of behaviour On Point Tennis officials regrettably will ask your child to leave the session, event or club.
Lost Property, Stolen or Damaged Items
If you find any lost property, balls or equipment please hand it back to the nearest available staff member.
Personal items should not be left unsupervised at any time. We cannot accept any responsibility for items lost, stolen or damaged in our activities.
We will seek to reclaim any costs related to the intentional, malicious, or negligent damage to our property or facilities.
Medical Information
If you suffer an injury on our premises, it is your responsibility (the player) to report it to a member of staff immediately. We will not accept liability for any injuries incurred during play or whilst on one of On Point Tennis activities
It is your responsibility to inform us of any relevant medical condition or disability when making your booking. Players must also notify us of any change or deterioration of any such medical condition or disability. We will keep this information confidential and handle such issues with discretion.
It is our policy to include all individuals within the scheduled programmes wherever possible, but we reserve the right to refuse the booking if we are unable to accommodate the requirements of any individual.

Payment Methods
We accept all major credit and debit cards when payments are made through our online booking system with Stripe, (with the exception of American Express).
Bank transfers that are made directly into On Point Tennis are accepted
We do not accept cash or cheques.
Social Media
We currently have social media accounts on multiple platforms. When you agree to enter one of our events, Tournaments, Clinics, Camps, Parties or Adult Trips you give permission for us to use photography taken by On Point Tennis on social media.
For any reason you do not want your photo or name to be used then you must send an email request prior to the event starting.
Please note we cannot take requests to post particular items on our social media. We receive requests to post sponsored or paid for advertising and other items on our social media; we’re not looking to post sponsored content and aim to keep the very small number of things we post on our platforms fully independent, well curated for our customers.

On Point Tennis collects the following data:

Clinics, Camps, Parties Cancellations
Client cancellations that are made with less than 3 days notice are non-refundable
If you cancel a coaching activity and give 3 days notice or more before the first session is due to start, we will issue you with a full refund.
If you make a deposit payment for any On Point Tennis activity then the total deposit amount is non-refundable
Tournaments
If you cancel your entry to an On Point Tennis event before the withdrawal deadline then you will be issued with a full refund
All entries for events are non-refundable once the deadline has passed.
Cancellations By On Point Tennis
Clients who choose to be absent from a booked activity for any reason and who fail to cancel their booking within the specified deadlines will forfeit their right to or refund – unless we cancel the session.
We may cancel sessions for the following reasons:
Due to Adverse Weather Conditions any decision by us to cancel will be made as late as is reasonably possible. As we appreciate customers are travelling to the venue, we will endeavour to make a cancellation decision at least one hour prior to commencement.
In extreme weather warning conditions issued by the Met Office, such as heavy snow, strong winds or very high temperatures – and at our senior management’s sole discretion – we reserve the right to cancel all bookings.
Customers will be sent an email and/or text message once a decision to cancel has been made.
Junior Camps
If we deem a day or the trip for the Junior Camp needs to be cancelled, we will issue you with a full refund or add another session at a later date that is agreed by both parties for the activity affected due to adverse weather conditions only if the session is deemed not to have taken place.
Tournaments
If we deem a tournament should be cancelled, we will issue you with a full credit for the event if it is affected by adverse weather conditions – but only if the event is deemed not to have taken place (i.e. the tournament lasts for less than an hour).
Insufficient Participation Numbers – Clinic Coaching
In the unlikely event of insufficient numbers, we reserve the right to cancel sessions with a minimum 2 days’ (48 hours) notice in advance.
Customers will be offered the choice of a full refund or, where possible, will be offered the choice of attending the same or similar activity at an alternative date. Customer’s will be informed via email, a call or text message.
Refunds
Refunds can only be made to the payment card used to make the original booking.
Refunds must be claimed within 30 days of the purchase date. No refunds will be issued after 30 days.
No cash refunds are available.
